Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It allows me to share files seamlessly whether it’s different drafts and more. Plus we can make comments right onto the file itself. Super convenient. I work in writing so being able to seamlessly share documents between people is imperative. Dropbox makes it easy and effortless especially with their ability to handle so many obscure file types.

Google Drive and Box

Dropbox is the only one that I have kept using for over ten years at this point. Google Drive and Box are both fine for their purposes but the user efficiency is much less prominent.

Dropbox is fabulous for sharing files between your organization or other freelance clients if you work on a case by case basis like myself. Love that you can lock down your files too. Super convenient and secure and it has saved my life time and time again by giving me quick access to files I thought I had lost years ago.
