Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox to share files both between us and our clients as well as other service providers. It also acts as a repository for files that we need access to across multiple computers.

Pros

  • Cloud sharing
  • syncing across multiple computers
  • Creating links to share assets

Cons

  • Would like to see a reasonably priced high volume cloud back up resource
  • I liked the screen capture app that has been discontinued
  • Reduces the number of platforms required to get projects done
  • Reduces the need for physical backups
  • Great cross platform space for collaboration
It is quite easy to use but wish it provided more space for the price point
I think Dropbox is too expensive to be used as a high volume archive / backup

Once installed it is so easy to have shared folders with various constituencies. It is all quick and seamless and secure, with a variety of sharing and editing options. Very simple to use.
