Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm a lawyer and my partner and I live in different countries, so Dropbox is very useful to maintain our shared files.
We have been using it for many years now and it's absolutely trustworthy and user friendly.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to use in my Mac and in my Iphone
Easy to search files in my Mac (not that much in the app)
Easy to share files with third parties

Cons

There could be an easier search in the app
When saving to Dropbox in the Iphone, sometimes it's difficult to find the folder with the search tool and we have to go alphabetically to find the desired folder.
Using AI for interaction with the user and to organize folders

Return on Investment

It's reliable - using it for more than 10 years, I never had an issue.
It's practical and connected/connectable to most apps
It syncs well in my Mac

I think Dropbox is really a great tool on a daily basis for work like mine as a lawyer.
It competes, however, with other storage apps like One Drive and Google, because they are sold in a "package" with other tools, and the promise is that it's all integrated, which I'm not quite sure if it really works.

I could switch to one of these, but I'm already used to Dropbox and like it a lot.
