Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox has been my go-to app for over 15 years - it was the first and still the best cloud app in the world. It works seemingly across all of the my devices, ensuring I can access what I need whenever I need it. It is easy to set-up and use.

Pros

  • The ability to upload save my Microsoft and apple documents.
  • Save photos and scanned documents
  • The ability to access my stuff from any computer
  • Two step verification for safety

Cons

  • It can be clunky when trying to print documents - I like to see a smoother process.
  • I would like to see in the IOS function a bit smoother - like Icloud
  • I would like to see more reminders and tips on using Dropbox effectively.
  • It has saved my business 25% in time.
  • Ease of access on any device means - we can be more efficient.
  • Reduced stress and peace of mind knowing the data is safe and can be accessed
The product is just easy to use and integrate onto any system. Being able to use it across devices means it saves time and makes everything more efficient. The security features give peace of mind knowing that we can upload and share files in a safe environment and we have saved on printing cost.
I selected Dropbox because it’s not platform specific and can be used across all devices and is accessible on any platform. The pricing is competitive and product innovation is fast and continual. Because Dropbox has been around for so long it’s widely used and understood by our clients and partners in our business.

It is well suited when are mobile, working from different locations and using another computer or device to access documents. I think it’s less appropriate when saving photos - ICloud and Google are able to do the easily and transfer these into their appropriate photo apps.
