Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox to hold all my files, images, and ideas. I use it for the ease of sharing files of any size through a simple link. It is super helpful that I can access my files anywhere, not just on the office server. I've also found the app version just as helpful for when I do not have my laptop.

Usability

Once you take time to organize your folders in a way that works for you, it is easy to find them on your computer, on the website version, or even the app. Normally, similar platforms dont remain similar through all versions. If I did a better job at naming files, I think the search feature would work better but that is something I need to take the time to do.

In marketing, Dropbox allows me to store a lot of different files, images, and ideas. I also find it necessary to be able to easily share large files that cannot be emailed. It's nice to be able to send a Dropbox link to anyone, even if they do not have Dropbox they can still access the file.
