Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

I use my Dropbox for everything. All my files, including my personal photos. I know I have access to it anytime, anywhere and I feel confident that I am not going to loose the information or pictures. I share folders with people to allow them access too, which is great for business.

Pros

Cons

  • I'd like to be able to get pictures from Dropbox into my iphone camera role easier.
  • I'd love if there was some AI way to organize all my files better. I have folders call "Rename files and organize" and I just don't have time.
  • Once images load, it would be nice if they stayed loaded even if you are scrolling down so you can easily scroll back up and be able to see images without it reloading.
  • It's helped us share files and collaborate easier.
  • It has allowed us to upload large files that cannot be emailed.
  • Without Dropbox, it would be more difficult to operate my business. We'd have to use a FTP application to store large files.
I haven't had any issues. When I need a file, I go to the folder and get it. It has actually allowed me an option when sometimes the Apple iPhone and cloud storage has not allowed me. I don't use Dropbox to store all my photos, but if I did I would probably feel safer and I know that I'd be able to easily use/access them.
It is good, but sometimes I just feel good about using the apple product since I have the iphone and imac. But whenever I use Dropbox I am reminded that I could do everything I am doing there within Dropbox and that I typically feel more comfortable that my files are safe.

It is a basic file organization system which allows for easy sharing with extra people. For that purpose I don't see why it would not be well suited for anyone with the purpose of storing and organizing their files. This makes it a good tool, well suited for both personal and business use.
