Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Used across multiple states and accounts. We're all remote employees, 23 in total an 1 abroad.

Pros

  • Ease of organization
  • Ability to search files quickly
  • Platforms for accessing multiple apps

Cons

  • Ability to adjust files within the web version of an app
  • Easier way to quickly locate file information
  • It's the only way we can feasibly execute file storage
Fairly straightforward; all levels of "computer savvy" team mates can use.
We haven't researched or used any that I'm aware of.

It works great for us, being an entirely remote team across 9 states and a foreign country. We all use the files constantly and consistently, which ensures the system stays in tact and everyone is filing information the same way. Critical to how we do business and ensuring all touchpoints are accurate.
