Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ive used Dropbox for over 5 years and it has been in credible for my work flow. I use it to hold photos and forms as a digital back up hard drive. I use it daily as a photographer and social media manager! It's a go-to product that I will continue to use down the line.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The App connects to the Website flawlessly
PDF's are easy to edit and sign
I love that it is able to host and create documents
I've *NEVER* had a file stop working / corrupt.

Cons

Sometimes the "create folder" button doesnt work on the website so I have to use the app instead
Custom URLS would be nice!

Its an easy way to highlight portfolios

Usability

It's easy to use for those use to computers and file types. It can be harder for older generations who don't fully understand how to manage a zip download.

Alternatives Considered

Pixieset and SmugMug

They have a horrible capacity limit in my opinion and they're not great at file organization.

I think its amazing for photographers, those in marketing, or those with a huge team where one person has to keep track of everyone's files! I don't think it would be great however for those who work with the older generation, because sometimes my older clients are super confused on how to download the images, and they cant comprehend what a zip file is.
