Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I keep all of my pertinent files for myself and clients on Dropbox. Its like a fail safe. Recently I had a computer failure and when I was up and running again it was good to know that none of my files were lost. And the ease of use makes it my workflow run smoothly with it.

Pros and Cons

Pros

ease of use of product
able to share files with people with ease

Cons

when sharing a file it will say a link is copied, but at times that link is hard to access unless you hit share and create a link. I dont always share files through Dropbox since some people have said the files go into spam for some reason

Usability

I have been a user of Dropbox for many many years and like the product

Alternatives Considered

Google Drive

I just prefer the ease at which Dropbox functions as opposed to Google Drive. Just a personal preference

Likelihood to Recommend

For business and personal uses, it offers a good alternative to Google Drive etc. I have been using the product before the cloud alternative came on board.
