Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox to transfer patient films and files between referring doctor offices. In addition, we use it to transfer files from different computers within our office. More specifically transfering .stl flies from acquisition unit to workstations.

Pros

  • Quick in syncing files between computers.
  • love that it stays logged in so we don't have to deal with loggin in through out the day.
  • like the pop ups that show the files have updated and synced.

Cons

  • Larger file size can be problematic.
  • website version can be confusing.
  • No other negatives.
  • speed at which we can transfer files has been a help and increase in ROI
  • We now transfer files via Dropbox where we use to download them to a flash drive and carry them to other offices. Hugh savings in flash drive cost.
Except for not being able to transfer very large files. Dropbox has been great.
