Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox makes it very easy to share sensitive and non-sensitive content to my customers. What sets Dropbox apart is its ability to be customized in how data is shared and consumed. Extensive options are available to protect content and for both types of content, the simplicity for the users to consume that content is very useful and beats the others tools we use.

  • Dropbox paper is a useful tool but would be great if there were more hierarchy levels
  • Making it easier to link and connect content across documents
  • Increased ability to share content with customers
  • Simplified ability to collaborate on projects
Easy to use with all the features I would expect in the platform.
Dropbox most closely compares to Google Drive for our use cases and we use both. We use Dropbox for content that requires more level of control on how it shared and consumed. Dropbox is more flexible.

A great and simple tool to share content of any size with strong industry recognized security. Powerful collaborative features, easy consumption by customers and well received by my collaborative teams who are utilizing the product. Dropbox fills the gaps that other tools are unable to bridge and makes it seamless to work across partners, vendors and customers data environments.
