Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox to move large files to multiple people. We have large video files from film projects and work with people spread far and wide geographically. This tool allows me to upload them to a location where anyone from the team can access the files. It makes it easy to stay organized and keep the team on task.

I was not a fan of getting another storage platform, I already use Google Drive, Microsoft365 and one other online storage solution. So the idea of adding another bill annually was not appealing. Although the ease of use of Dropbox for this specific purpose made my life easier, and therefore it was worth it.
