Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Dropbox for school and work. I have used Dropbox to save all my important files. If it weren't for the service, I would have lost all of my files (which are duplicated on my main PC) in a house fire. I am grateful for the Dropbox service, and I intend to stay a longtime customer for many years to come!

Pros and Cons

Pros

Cloud Storage.
Multi-Device connectivity and syncing.
Offline Changes (that save when your device connects!)

Cons

PDF changes directly from file.
Syncing to major sites and software (youtube, canvas, teams, etc).

Usability

For the moderately tech-savvy individual, it is a straightforward and intuitive system for file management and backup. I've also helped individuals navigate the software and website, and it has been a relatively easy learning curve for most of the individuals I've assisted. It is ultimately an easy and intuitive system.
