Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

File Storage, File preservation, and Document transfer. Also used for photos, Federal Statutes, and Federal Guidelines.

Pros

  • Over one terabyte of documents related to a single case.
  • Transfer of various documents to opposing counsel and with co-counsel related to this case and other cases.
  • Storage of large videos and audio recordings related to work matters.

Cons

  • Better ability to create files for particular clients in one place and easy accessibility for searching and use.
  • Positive, when I can figure out how to use it.
  • Negative on being able to create files on a single case and keep everything in that one file.
Because it works.
Better than iCloud.
