Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox to share secure documents with our clients, and for them to share secure documents with us.

Pros

  • Secure
  • Easy to upload/download
  • Easy to manage our documents

Cons

  • Our clients are sometimes confused when following our link. They think they have to create a new account to view their documents.
  • I wish I could view the password I create when sharing folders.
  • When I add an expiration date on the link, I'd like the file to drop off the list on that expiration date.
  • It has made it possible for us to share hundreds of tax returns with clients each tax season
  • We are confidant in the security of sensitive information
It's easy to work with and very effective for our company
Dropbox is comparable. I use Dropbox because that is what my employer chose to use for the company.
