Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox as our server. All of our documents are stored there and retrieved as we need them. We were also able to replace our backup system, knowing that Dropbox uses multiple locations. Despite an occasional time lag, the system has been flawless. Moving to Dropbox was a game changer for us!

Pros

  • permit remote save to our folders
  • allow download and upload seamlessly
  • save our files!

Cons

  • sometimes files don't upload right away
  • sometimes we get "rogue" tmp files
  • sometimes there is a time lag for retrieval

Dropbox is great when you are working remotely. We love being able to retrieve information wherever we are, and to upload files from anywhere.
