Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use it primarily for sharing large documents. We are able to share between our team and with outside clients. I also use it to upload site photos much more quickly than other methods. We can also keep track of who has access to certain files, which is useful.
Pros
- Large file transfer.
- Familiar layout to Windows Explorer.
- Tracking of access.
Cons
- For its use, I think it does everything we need.
- Directory of client contacts could be added.
- Cost effective.
- Large file transfer much simpler than others I have used.
SharePoint is frustrating, and its interface is not nearly as helpful or useful as Dropbox's.
