Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Business
Dropbox Business allows us to share files with each other, customers, and vendors. This helps us because we work with many people that we can't just go see. So the ability to share drawings, files, pictures, and videos is essential to moving a project forward. Dropbox helps us do that and makes sure we can access the information anywhere we can get online.
- The ability to share information.
- You can invite others to your files.
- You can keep the information separate and limit who gets access to what.
- The interface has been a little clunky at times and any time it updates you may have to relearn how to use it.
- We've been able to share files and that's been great. I keep going to video because that's been the most useful. Sharing videos and seeing what progress has or hasn't been made, how something is working, or even just getting eyes on a potential worksite is a great benefit. This allows us to use our knowledge to help without making a trip which save a lot of money, or prepares us to deal with a situation before we go there.
We use both of these and both are very good. Some companies we've worked with are a bit wary of Google because they are literally everywhere. Dropbox Business is a great product that doesn't have that potential negative and it does exactly what it says. It's been around a long time and has a great reputation.
