Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Business
Dropbox Business is used by our Product and Design teams to showcase the work they're doing. It's a useful tool for sharing and previewing large files as well as collaborating once feedback is received.
We used to use Dropbox across the whole organisation but that changed due to overhead costs.

- Great tool for previewing large files and sharing them quickly with people in and out of the organisation.
- Good collaboration tools - it's simple to give feedback during revisions.
- Nice UI and search function so it's easy to find files you're looking for.
- Some PDF previews can be a bit wonky in terms of colour, but downloading the file and viewing it fixes that issue.
- Overhead costs for larger organisations.
- Streamlines our revision process and saves us hours of work when multiple stakeholders are involved.
- Allows us to manage larger files that are essential for our branding projects.
- More clarity in terms of what's happening with design projects.
- Google Drive and OneDrive
I like that Dropbox is an entirely separate cloud storage solution.
While Google Drive and OneDrive are free as well as offer the convenience of storing all of your documents and spreadsheets in one place, I find them quite clunky when it comes to managing visual assets. Whereas with Dropbox, I feel they've placed a huge focus on making that part of sharing and reviewing files extremely simple.
