Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We utilize Dropbox Sign to track approval on change orders and changes to contracts. Dropbox Sign reduces administrative time by automatically following up when a document has not been signed within a specific timeframe, as well as by automatically sending signed copies of documents to all necessary parties. The software is easy to use without having to do research or follow tutorials, but those are also helpful.

Dropbox Sign is easy to use without needing to watch training videos or tutorials. The process is simple.
I have not used templates or forms and have not used any kind of API with the software. I assume it is configured well based on it being able to do the things I've needed to in the past, but do not have first-hand knowledge.
We were using Google Drive to create documents and then attach them to an email for review/approval. This required us to download the file and manually follow up with those who had not yet approved the document, which can take a significant amount of administrative time. Using Dropbox Sign reduced the amount of administrative time significantly and made it much easier to manage documents.

Dropbox Sign is great for tracking documents that need review and approval by one or more parties. It is easy to set up signatures/input/approval from multiple parties. Dropbox Sign helps reduce administrative time spent on these tasks by automatically following up with those who have not reviewed/signed documents within a certain timeframe, as well as by automatically sending out finalized versions of documents upon completion.
