Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I found Dropbox sign (formerly HelloSign) very useful and userfriendly to get contracts and other legal documents executed. The auto-reminder and auto-fill boxes features are the ones I like most.

Pros and Cons

Auto backup of documents to cloud of my choice.
Automated reminder emails for documents closure.
Storing of previous contact information.

OCR for word documents.
Maintaining MS word document formatting when uploaded directly. Currently, only PDF files uploaded have the correct formatting when uploaded.

One feature DocuSign and Sertifi do better are "forward to another contact" for signature.
