Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign to send out customer contracts, and it's very easy to track and get notified when a customer signs them. It's easy to track which customers have not signed and also easy to amend and edit the contracts. It's been very efficient and easy to use Dropbox Sign.

Dropbox Sign is easy to adopt, use, train, administer, maintain, and configure. It's easy to send documents to be signed, and the boxes for signatures and names are easy to use and input. It's clear where and who is signing as well long as you input the name and signature places in the main contract initially.
Dropbox Sign integrates well with Hubspot, and that's what we use, and it's easy to use as it draws contacts directly from Hubspot, making it easy to send agreements without having to type out the names and emails of signatories. Also, since the signing app is linked with Dropbox, all the documents are saved automatically.
Dropbox Sign has been the easiest to use as it's less complicated and friendly to use compared to the other competitor e-sign apps. We selected Dropbox Sign as it was cost-friendly as well as friendly to use, and a lot of our customers were familiar with the app, so it was easy for them to use as well.

Dropbox Sign is well suited for a business where it sends a lot of contracts to either customers or employees as it allows bulk send as well as individuals ones, but the main area is best suited to tracking as it can get confusing and time-consuming to track and resend to people who haven't signed. It is less appropriate to use Dropbox Sign for the draft or live documents.
