Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign for internal contracts (employee NDAs, etc.) as well as contracts for our clients and talent we collaborate with on a regular basis. Our HR team and Marketing team it the most, and we have found that it Dropbox Sign is the easiest way to organize all documents and users in one central location.
  • Ease of use
  • Reminder emails
  • Organization of multiple templates
  • Organization of documents
  • Organization of documents can be clunky as I have to scroll all the way down to find a specific document I am looking for
  • The software tends to lag a little when I’m trying to go through the upload process to send a document out for signature
  • Reduction in paper waste
  • Reduction in office space/materials
  • Ability to instantly send paperwork nationally and even worldwide
When I was first being trained on Dropbox Sign, it was so easy to learn. After a couple of days, I had learned how to effectively work the software as well as turn around and train my colleagues. I would say it’s probably the most simple signature software I have had to use over the course of my working career.
While I don’t have that much experience with the above other than template usage, I gave it a “10” rating because I have not had any issues with uploading and/or creating templates.
Dropbox Sign allows for more users at a more affordable price. It also allows for saving documents directly into Dropbox for ease of storage and organization.

Do you think Dropbox Sign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Dropbox Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Dropbox Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Dropbox Sign go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Dropbox Sign again?

Yes

Dropbox Sign works best for sending out premade documents and/or contracts that need a binding signature. It also works well with storing templates of documents that need to be used more than once. Dropbox Sign might not be appropriate for a contract or document that is not legally binding, like a work or school essay.
