Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is providing my team with a very light-touch solution, giving us more time to work on other issues, secure in the knowledge that our backups are well cared for.

  • The things that I thought could be improved have recently been improved
  • Being able to backup Azure which is on their Roadmap

It's really easy to scale; it's a case of adding an extra server instance or enabling additional functionality on the portal. It can obviously incur an extra cost, though, which is generally pretty reasonable. The support to do this is really helpful, too, with documentation and guidance for the help desk technician which will take you through step-by-step and suggest best practices.

- It just works! Once it was set up, we haven't need to troubleshoot or fix it.

It's fantastic for doing backups and quick restores and file level restores. I dislike very little; most of it isn't worth mentioning.
