Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

We use Druva Data Resiliency Cloud for our Endpoint and SaaS apps backup, both for users working from and remote locations. It helps secure our data across all our devices and user mailboxes without any issues. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud also makes sure we don't need to monitor our backup status every single day since a lot of the stuff is taken care of by the software itself.
  • The immutability and safety of backups is a good touch.
  • The Support team works around the clock so our Support tickets are always attended to in time.
  • The AWS cloud provides additional multi layered protection.
  • The Advanced Ransomware protection could be added to more workloads.
  • Some legal holds data takes slightly longer to download.
  • Minor GUI bugs occur occasionally.
  • The safety of our data along with the immutability is a huge workload off our shoulders from the IT manaagement point of view.
  • It has saved us a considerable amount of money in hardware over the years.
  • The backups are simple to set up and modify.
We use it both for our endpoints and SaaS apps. Our O365 environment for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive is protected and handled effectively by Druva Data Resiliency Cloud without any major concerns. Adding and removing of users through the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud profile and our AD sync up is also effortless and fast.
The product is quite scalable in my experience; we add and remove data and users/licenses from both our endpoints and M365 environment often and never face much trouble. The AWS cloud also handles restores and backups at super fast speeds. So we're confident in Druva Data Resiliency Cloud ability to make sure we can scale up and down per our requirements without hassle.
In the past I have used Mimecast for the archival function which is sort of a competitor to Druva Data Resiliency Cloud in that field. Druva Data Resiliency Cloud seems far ahead in its offering from the point of view of comprehensive backup policies, flexible modification of setting and easy retireval of data from the cloud. So we're quite happy with our decision.

Yes

Yes

Did Druva Data Resiliency Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Druva Data Resiliency Cloud go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Druva Data Resiliency Cloud again?

Yes

Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is well suited in my opinion for backing up laptops, mobile phones and tablets. Along with that we have never faced any major issues backing up any user mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint or any other components of our SaaS use case either. Maybe it is less suited for customers that are quite price consious or aren't willing to switch to the cloud.
