Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud

I am using Druva Data Resiliency Cloud for m365 and Hyper-V Backups. We use this for all user profiles and all business or production critical servers. We can feel confident our data is backed up in case of an emergency.

Pros

  • Easy to implement
  • Good reporting on trends of data usage

Cons

  • User Interface can be tough to learn.
  • Clearing data used from old backups take time to reflect on the credit burn.
  • Positive impact in situations when we need to restore a Server
  • Has saved us in times where a user is requesting a file they have deleted
  • Time to train users on how to use the platform is good
We have not had an issue with scaling this for our org.
In my experience, the interface for Druva Data Resiliency Cloud was more modern and easier to use.

In my opinion, Druva Data Resiliency Cloud is well suited for our Hyper-V Environment. Also our m365 backups were easy to implement and run without issues after initial setup. The restore capabilities are flexible, they are able to restore to a separate Hyper-V server. We find the restores so easy to do that we have even used this to migrate certain machines over the native Hyper-V migration tools.
