Pros and Cons

Pros

Restore files when a hard drive has been wiped or a computer has been stolen.
Backups files regularly.
Makes it easier to move files from one computer to another.

Cons

Navigation to a particular date or particular files can be difficult at times.

Return on Investment

Make sure files are recoverable in an emergency.

Implementation Rating

It was pretty simple and straightforward.

We had a case where a user's Druva tool kept giving an error even after un-installing and re-installing the client. The support person checked in multiple times to work to set a time to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and he was able to resolve the issue on the first try after setting up and conducting a remote session with the user.
