Overall Satisfaction with Druva Cloud Platform

Druva Cloud Platform is installed in all laptops in our organization for desktop and laptop backup. It is used across the whole organization. It helps integrate files with Office365 and helps back up all Office365 files. All machines are backed up at least two times a day. So it is a one-stop solution in the case of any recovery of files as well as managing loads on the server.

Pros

  • Office 365 backup.
  • Restrict backups to specific networks.
  • Sharing files like Google Drive or One Drive.
  • Restore data only in particular networks.

Cons

  • Intranet based backup.
  • Troubleshooting backup failure takes a long time.
  • Auto error diagnostic.
  • Help knowledge base improve.
  • Saved time for data restoration improving efficiency of tasks.
  • Helped achieve business continuity even during times of lockdown.
  • Helped achieve strategic goals relative and helped control operational risk.
In terms of product support, Druva Cloud Platform is much better than Veeam backup. Our major point for selecting Druva Cloud Platform was that it helps large organizations backup data to a specific network and also helps restore data in less time. Compared to Veeam, it has been easy to use for any user due to its product support.
The speed of implementation was quite favourable

Druva Cloud Platform is well suited for large organizations for backing up data and restoring it to a specific network. Druva Cloud Platform. may be less appropriate for intranet users since most of the backup is on the cloud. So, for any organization looking for premise-based backup, Druva Cloud Platform may not be suitable for them. Druva Cloud Platform is more suitable for organizations that already have their data on the cloud or using cloud-based systems for storage of their data.
