Overall Satisfaction with Druva Security Cloud

We have been using Druva Phoenix (now Enterprise Workloads) for almost three years and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Our previous back up solutions were all over the place and had to manually track changes, succes and failures. Druva Phoenix has excellent tools to allow notifications when an excess or out of the ordinary number of files are changed, deleted or altered. Their world-class support staff is passionate about their product and strives to solve any issues first time. We also use their endpoint backup and my users can restore their own files and find it easy to use. Highly reccomended.

Druva Security Cloud Support

I have contacted support and each time reach a person in record time that is able to understand my concerns and provide solutions on the first call. I have had support reach out to me to educate me on areas that I could benefit from changing settings and receive a monthly update on areas of my backup that could be improved based on Druva Phoenix's updates and new releases.

Using Druva Security Cloud

I was able to purchase, implement and roll out to all network components within two days. I have never experienced another back up solution that provides such a streamlined and effecient rollout. The on-going functions of client updates, changes to back up configurations and restores are all simple to accomplish and are quick.
