Dynamic Yield was acquired by the business specifically for the consumer facing arm.
The goal of acquiring a conversion rate optimization tool like Dynamic Yield, was to deliver a best in class tool to allow our business to deliver the best results possible. Acquiring Dynamic Yield has allowed us do deliver this! What made Dynamic Yield stand out head and shoulders above the rest, was the tool's breadth of capabilities, packaged alongside Dynamic Yield's amazing support. - The UI has been one of the best I have used to date, easy to use, easy to pick up and always improving.
- Dynamic yield's many functions allow us to do many things - we currently have 5,000 dynamically rendered pages!
- Reporting is easy to use and easy to export - and pretty self explanatory.
- Dynamic Yield has the ability edit pages in a WYSIWYG method - though this can be improved (it is still very good).
- Reporting is available through their dashboard - it would be great to get access to the raw data.
- More content in the knowledge base ( support portal).
- We are now featuring in 5,000 separate locations around the UK, whereby this would have cost hours in web development time creating each page.
- I would say this could have resulted in thousands of pounds of savings due to having these pages dynamically rendered.
- We run monthly multi-variant tests on site, with many proving positive improvements in conversion.
- We've seen tests which have resulted in savings amounting to double the investment made in Dynamic Yield.
I have used Visual Website Optimizer previously which was recommended by an agency; they are both similar tools. Though simply on the support factor I feel Dynamic yield is better suited for our business. We have been using the tool now for over two years, and have had a lot of hands-on support when needed.
