Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield
We use Dynamic Yield currently across our web apps for the NOW proposition across GB, Ireland, Austria, Germany, and Italy. We acquired Dynamic Yield with the initial requirements of A/B testing, out-of-the-box templates, and recommendations that would help us drive the business needs forward and propel us to where we hoped to be in terms of personalization across our sites.

- The ability to label multiple campaigns at a time on the Campaign dashboard by multi-selecting them - would be really useful for me!

Dynamic Yield has proven to surpass my experiences with both Optimizely and Braze in many ways - notably with contact time and support from the team, which has made a huge difference to the success of the tool for us. But also in my experience, I've found there to be a much more approachable and problem-solving nature to the team and the tool, which allows us to take risks and launch campaigns quickly and efficiently, without too many workarounds or tech support.
