Dynatrace is currently being implemented and used throughout our organization to monitor our processes as well as our infrastructure. Dynatrace has enabled us to have tremendous insight into our work systems and process flows. Dynatrace provides amazing application insight.
- Gives real-time stats on vital processes
- Monitors infrastructure systems metrics with great detail
- Allows many ways to customize the product to fir our needs
- Some of the monitoring communications could be better
- A few false positives on alerts
- Sometimes slow interface response
- Infrastructure monitoring
- Resource system monitoring
- IT asset predictability
