Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is used for app performance monitoring and is used by several departments. It's used for customer satisfaction index, along with the performance of releases.
- Code level tracing
- Smart alerting/auto baseline detection
- Alert definition
- Reporting
- AppDynamics and New Relic
New Relic is cheaper but with limited functions. AppDynamics is the same price, but Dynatrace's future plans fits my company's.
