Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

With a small social media team, Echobox offered us the ability to increase our social media posts, in addition to allowing us to focus on better quality audiovisual content. One of the great advantages is that we can obtain instant analytics of the best content, and add the possibility of republishing "evergreen" content more easily.

We use the Echobox ranking for sharing and resharing the content at the best moment, plus we can edit the titles and the images before publishing on social networks. With Zapier, for example, we publish the content when the RSS feed was updated. Now we can reach the best moment of the day to share.

Echobox is a necessary tool for any journalistic organization in the world that wants to maintain a presence on social networks. It greatly simplifies the work of the social media team, added to the possibility of scheduling more content for times when there is less staff (weekends), and the possibility of having instant metrics of the posts that worked best. Something that could be improved is the possibility of creating Twitter threads, since in scenarios where urgency rules (breaking news), need more spontaneity is needed.
