Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

Echobox is the easiest tool I've ever used: it's intuitive, fast-loading, never glitches, everything is on one page, and their support team is excellent. It cuts out about 6 fiddly jobs before sharing, which makes the entire process much faster and really helps with analytics too. Also, it constantly evolves and has got even better over the years so I'm excited to see what's to come!

Echobox can all be done on one webpage as opposed to needing multiple different tabs open, and also has a seemingly unlimited amount of users that can have an account, which is great for security as not everyone needs access to our actual social profiles. It's a lot more expensive than the others though, so we do have to use it to its full potential to justify it.

It's perfect for any social team within publishing if KPIs are based on traffic (and it also saves so much time). It's incredibly easy to teach people so is great for a bigger team or one that hasn't used other scheduling platforms before. For a brand publishing only a few times a day, perhaps it's not as appropriate.
