Overall Satisfaction with Echobox Social

We use Echobox Social to schedule posts on several different social media platforms. The tool allows us to automate postings on different channels, saving our social media team invaluable time on a daily basis. The AI-powered software within Echobox Social means that posts go out at optimal times in order to maximise their reach and engagement.

Echobox Social's user interface is straightforward to navigate and even members of our team who are not necessarily social media specialists can step in when needed. The schedule queue is very easy to understand, meaning different team members can see what content is scheduled to be posted. When trying to edit the automation settings, each feature is well explained if you hover over the question mark button.
We decided to opt for Echobox Social as it is more suited for publishers than Sprout Social. We do not have to manually select when we would like to schedule posts. The AI-powered engine of Echobox Social not only means we are able to maximise our reach, but it also suggests potential social media language that we can use to accompany the post.

Echobox Social is a great tool to use if you would like to automate your postings on social media and you would like to save time in your team. Its scheduling system means that users don't have to worry about what specific times posts should go out. Posts are added to the dynamic queue and its AI-powered algorithm will put out posts at optimal times. The Echobox Social support team is very helpful, they always find a solution to any issues that may arise.
