Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

It is used by the whole organization to post content on social media. It automates the posting times between all the users of the same Facebook page.
  • Automates the posting times
  • Tags other pages easily
  • Esay to use and understand
  • Can't save draft for a video post without the video file (to save text)
  • I don't know the actual benefit of using Echobox.
I think it's the only product of this kind Radio France has used.
No problem with support. My account was locked and the support was fast and effective.

It's perfect to post content at an ideal hour, to maximise the post effect. It is less appropriate if we need to post something immediately.
