Overall Satisfaction with Eightfold AI

Eightfold is being used in one department of our organization to help manage talent networks for individual clients. This technology helps improve employee diversity, manages the Talent Network, and helps to match talent to open positions quickly. Eightfold allows for more active engagement with the Talent Network through the use of campaigns.
  • Eightfold [AI] provides match scores for leads that are very accurate.
  • Ease of calibration and publishing positions
  • Ease of managing applicants in the Screening tab
  • Eightfold [AI] could use an applicant tracking system.
  • Eightfold would be better if there was a way to view the entire talent network.
  • Increased talent diversity
Eightfold [AI] does a much better job at matching talent to new positions and provides a match score which the Salesforce program I used at a staffing agency did not do. Eightfold AI doesn't have an applicant tracking system, which I would like to see in the future.

Eightfold [AI] is good at matching talent to open positions making it easier to sort through leads. It is also easy to directly contact more than one lead at a time to save on recruitment time. Eightfold [AI] is less suited for applicant tracking and storing information from screening phone calls in the talent's profile.
