Overall Satisfaction with Envoy
We are using Envoy at our reception desk, to help us check-in all visitors, packages, and vendors. We had a problem with keeping track of who was in our building and had tried a number of different solutions. But after learning about Envoy, we have started to fall in love with the system they offer.
- Guest check-in, that allows for signing forms
- Capturing data and sending follow-up messages
- Integration with our CRM is only available through Zapier, but it creates duplicates every time a recurring guest checks in.
- It would be great if each device you set up Envoy on could have custom permissions.
- Because we are a non-profit, every visitor has the potential of being a donor or volunteer. Before we had this system we didn't have an easy way to follow-up or even capture information.
- We create technology that helps the homeless communities, with that people have an expectation that we are up to date on technology. Envoy looks and feels like us.
I have used a few other software platforms that aren't listed, but at the end of the day, Envoy is very niche and can fix the simple issue that it is designed to fix. Every other software platform we used was us just trying to come up with workarounds to solve our problem.
