Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is just being used by me to take notes. I'm not sure if the whole organization bought it. I'm one of the only team members that exclusively uses it that I know of, everyone else keeps notes in notebooks and Microsoft OneNote.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Simple to load up.
Easy categorize different topics through notebooks.

Cons

Searching through all notebooks option is missing.
Better way to organize notes within each notebook.

Return on Investment

It allows me to help with support issues post-deployment.
It allows me to keep track of what's going on during deployment.

Alternatives Considered

I've only used Notepad for taking notes and Asana for to-do lists. Notepad was ineffective because I had to go to the folder which I kept each of the different customers' files, and I couldn't be able to attach images in them. Asana is good for to-do lists for my purposes, but it's not like a notebook.

I never needed support from Evernote, so that means it's good.

In business, there are many times where we need to go back into our notes to remember what happened, especially in quick situations. It's great as a way to keep a running note of what's going on, and you can be able to paste images in it. It's not appropriate to use as a to-do list since it doesn't have that feature. If you have a lot of notebooks, it can be clunky in terms of trying to find certain things.
