Overall Satisfaction with Evernote
Evernote is used by our whole organization. It is an excellent tool for writing down notes in rushed situations and keeping notes in one single place. As a Consultant, I have to participate in a lot of client meetings and have a busy schedule. I used to use paper or a notebook but sometimes when I'd check back some of my written notes were misplaced. This problem occurs for most of our organization's employees, so we chose Evernote and now all of the notes can be synced into one account and we are able to use Evernote in multiple devices without worrying about missing notes.
- Evernote can be used in multiple devices and all of the notes written using software synced to one single account and all the notes are safe in one single place.
- Evernote supports various platforms such as MAC, Windows, and IOS and Android.
- Evernote is not just a single note-writing app, it supports images, drawings, and other attachments as well so that it helps with complete data gathering for notes.
- Evernote also supports handwriting so that if you have a tablet with pen you can just write in Evernote as you usually would write on paper.
- When searching PDF documents in Evernote, if there's a text file in a scanned format Evernote could not support it
- When attaching pictures to an Evernote file it takes some time to sync with the cloud.
- In my view, if Evernote can reduce the plan prices it will be easier for small organizations to purchase this solution.
- We're really happy about the investment and it gives huge benefits more than the invested amount.
- All the data now synced with the cloud storage with no data lost
- The effectiveness of our workforce has been improved. Now we able to note every single point using Evernote so no information goes missing in the busy schedules in quick meetings.
This solution does not have advanced features like attaching files, video files, sounds, and images like Evernote does.
