Overall Satisfaction with Evernote
We use it to leave notes for each other and to record customer information
- User interface is easy to use
- Works well with multiple users
- Works on mobile and web platform
- I wish that word documents be edited directly inside of the tool
- I wish the mobile version of the app that documents could be edited
- I wish the tool could create pdf files and email them to other people

The only other tool that is close to this is Microsoft notes. But it really doesn't compare in terms of feature and ease of use
