Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Several members of our company use Evernote to keep notes and organize documentation. In particular, our department used to use Evernote to aggregate, organize and review research papers, blogs, and websites related to the current projects. And to actually extract ideas that will eventually become the base of our efforts and ideas.

Evernote is great when you have a set of specific rules or steps to follow or remember and you want them accessible and organized. Also good when you only need your ideas to generate content, or your references are images, pictures, or documents with only one page. It is a great tool to collaborate within your company, for instance, to share and organize your general document repository.

Great on some scenarios but still lacking features associated with multiple-page documents.
