Overall Satisfaction with Evernote
We started using Evernote because our IT department was taking seperate training and we had to cross train each other afterwards and needed a place to store notes centrally. We chose Evernote because they had a scanner that allowed us to scan our notes and save them online for each other to see.

- Shared access to notes across devices
- Scanning and saving notes from tablet or paper
- The default organization structure when scanning wasn't great but after a few minutes i was able to set up the different sections of notes and then it wasn't an issue again
- Converting tablet writing to text
- Usable across training and school work
- Auto organizing notes into folders
- Increased cross training effectiveness
- Reduced costs for multiple users in the same courses
At its core, it's simply a space to take and store notes, but it can be integrated with every major note tablet maker and even works with cheaper Amazon tablets
