Overall Satisfaction with Everstage
I use Everstage to calculate my incentives, predicting the incentive based on prospects and knowing my rank in my team. I have integrated ever-stage with Salesforce, so it was easier to predict incentives as per the opportunities of sales. No competitors, as far as I know, are available in the market. No such thing as of now that I didn't like. Services provided are good as per my knowledge when comparing with other platforms. So for me its best. It will be better if they can show whole Salary pay as well and check achievement of other team members to have healthy competition.
Pros
- Predicting incentives as per the opportunities in sale
- Easy calculation of incentive
- Know your rank in team
- Tracking quota of sales as per dates
Cons
- providing whole salary details
- details should be automatically be updated as per latest month once login
- filter should be provided to check incentive quarterly
- It helps in planning and strategizing for personal improvement so that we earn more incentives
- it helps and keeps motivated to earn more incentives every time we check
- other team members who are at low feel demotivated by checking rank which leads to poor performance of them
I didn't use any platform before Everstage. So this was the first thing which I saw. Earlier, before Everstage, we used to calculate mathematically by applying formula on excel sheet. Now it's already done by Salesforce integration. So there is no need of calculation mathematically. We get to know incentive monthly just by a click.
