How EverString Saves me time
Overall Satisfaction with EverString
EverString is used on my team to address our business problem of finding new leads. We use EverString as a tool to quickly provide us with insight on companies. We will take a company that we have found success with, and then generate a list of similar companies to add to our prospect list.
Pros
- Provides us with insight on specific companies. This is impactful to my business because it helps us get a snapshot of a company profile in just a few clicks.
- Helps us find new companies to target. This is my favorite part of EverString because it takes away the manual efforts involved in finding new prospects. EverString makes it easy to filter and narrow down these results as well!
Cons
- The purpose of the audience tab is confusing to me. I am not sure how I can use it - so some information on that would be great.
Only about 30 minutes was required for us to train new team members on EverString. However, that did not include the explanation for the audience/task functions - as they are not used as often at our business.
I am satisfied, but I wish the rating percentages were more clear. It is hard to know exactly what those percentages mean and how they are determined.
We do not use this capability
This has helped us achieve more productivity and increase our sales/revenue. I am not sure an exact measurement for this - but we probably identify around 10-20% of our prospects via EverString.
EverString has acted as a catalyst to our sales funnel. It makes it easy for us to quickly expand a base prospect list, and to find some key details about specific companies. This eliminates our need to connect with others/research on our own manually for different companies to pursue.
