Overall Satisfaction with EverString

Everstring has supported our ABM strategy by providing deeper insights into our ideal customer personas. It supports our targeting and research process by providing demographic, firmographic and technographic information that we can rely on when developing new audiences. Additionally, the intent score capabilities of Everstring have been a welcome addition, supporting both sales and marketing, by providing actionable data to help identify where organizations might be along their buying journey.

  • Identify new accounts showing intent in our software vertical
  • Monitor intent across target accounts to know when best to engage
  • Monitor current customers around renewal time to understand where they might be looking to expand or fill gaps.

This platform is simple to use and easy to onboard reps. I love the integration with Salesforce. All of our reps are able to see information directly on the lead, contact, and account objects. The overall use and training on Everstring was simple and easy to use/setup. This is a very user-friendly platform. Everstring is also very helpful in coaching your strategy and supporting your objectives.

This has not been an aspect of this tool that we have focused on.
The number of qualified opportunities has greatly increased and has minimized the time we spend qualifying new opportunities and leads.

Data is a critical component of any modern b2b sales/marketing strategy. It needs to be accurate and easily accessible. Everstring does a great job with both of these and also adds to the mix a new form of data, based around intent.

Data Quality and Ease of Use

Overall the information has been very helpful to both marketing and sales within our organization. We do find gaps and inaccuracies within contact information such as phone numbers but the digital contact information such as email and LinkedIn have been great to benefit our prospecting functions.

Within 90 days we were able to see a change in the connection rates with key accounts. Also, we saw a big shift in WHO we were reaching out to and also changed many target accounts based on the data.
