Overall Satisfaction with EverString, now part of ZoomInfo
[EverString, now part of ZoomInfo] is being used by my department for prospecting efforts. It helps to quickly identify potential prospects and also key facts on the company such as revenue size, key contacts, contact information. This helps to cut down on a significant amount of time that was previously used to research and dig to find this information and allows us to be much more efficient with our time.
- Number of companies
- Contact information
- Advanced search feature
- Company revenue estimates being inaccurate
- Companies headquartered elsewhere showing up due to having a location in my area
- Increase number of meetings booked
- Increase number of prospects to call on
It has made us much more efficient in generating prospects to call on and reduced the amount of time spent researching and looking up who to call and how to get in touch by providing everything we need in one quick search.
- Nothing yet but will be integrating with SalesForce in the future
After purchasing we were able to obtain our licenses and get it up and running within a week. We started noticing results right away after creating specified searches and generating prospect lists by geographic area. It increased the number of leads we had significantly.
- InsideView and from Demandbase
EverString is far superior to InsideView, which contains a significant amount of outdated or inaccurate information such as companies that are no longer in business or are extremely small and being presented as much larger. The accuracy of EverString compared to InsideView is much better.
