Overall Satisfaction with EverString
EverString is used by the sales department, mostly by BDs to my knowledge. It is mainly used to help find prospects' email and phone numbers, often having direct lines that are harder to find online. It is also used to import these contacts into Salesforce, reducing the manual entry otherwise required.
- Simple interface - easy to understand
- Integrations with LinkedIn and Salesforce
- Annoying to click on the checkbox to select multiple contacts to import/delete - would be nice to be able to click and drag or holding down ctrl to select multiple contacts faster.
- Better error return messages - not just indicating that there is already an existing account but showing the actual account instead.
Minimal training was needed. Team had an hour session.
EverString is not used to find accounts, rather to find contact information for prospects that we find on other sources (ie. LinkedIn).
Yes, time is saved from not having to manually find and enter phone numbers and emails. As well, being able to (sometimes) find direct numbers leads to more connected calls.
Data Quality and Ease of Use
This is the main benefit we get from EverString. Sending the contact info to Salesforce and then being able to open up the Salesforce page using the direct link afterwards. Emails are found most of the time and Everstring's email verification process is fairly reliable. Phone numbers are slightly less reliable, but still seem to work over half of the time.
I was able to take advantage of Everstring's features immediately, by using the look up function for filling in or updating information on existing contacts. This helped me save time on prospecting, and allowed me to make more calls/send more emails.
- Salesforce
I used Everstring's Salesforce integration to directly find contacts information and update them on Salesforce.
