Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

We use Exaktime as our employee time clock solution. We chose Exaktime for the ease of deployment, and the integration capabilities with our accounting software.
  • Mobile deployment.
  • Time Tracking.
  • Timesheet management.
  • Reporting, you get what you get, and the esports it creates are not very good.
  • Flexibility with small issues, for example, lunchtime always coming out of the most expensive pay time rate, is not very well thought out.
  • Improved payroll accuracy.
  • Reduced manual data tracking.
I am not sure these are features unique to this solution. We have always had these, even with our prior solution, so the specific impact is not significant to us.
This is where this application excels.

The application is light, and the application and menu options are very well put together. Very easy to teach and manage. Customization is, I think virtually nonexistent.
